IDS (Integrated Diagnostic Software) is the vehicle diagnostic software that runs on a laptop for Jaguar and Land Rover cars.

Full Dealer capability including re-flashing and configuration of ECU control units. No more searching for unidentified Fault codes, no more puzzling over the vast amount of data produced by a modern vehicles electronic system, built into IDS Software is a database to always show you expected values of any data shown, with guided fault finding to help you pin point the problem.
Integrated access to both diagnostics and service information on a single, powerful machine makes the IDS both easy, and powerful to use. The Integrated Diagnostic Software (IDS) is the only equipment that provides complete diagnostic coverage of current and future, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in Europe. The IDS package replaces the Worldwide Diagnostic System (WDS).
The IDS application will perform the identical functions of the WDS and allows technicians to diagnose and service all vehicles. As the new dealer level diagnostic tool, IDS will be required to perform diagnostics on future model year vehicles therefore the IDS is at the cutting edge of diagnostic technology.
Moving IDS to a laptop helps technicians by integrating access to both diagnostics and service information on a single, powerful machine, a truly excellent tool.
