The Documentation CD is "Portable" (no installation required), it works straight from the CD meaning that you don't need to install any software on your computer (with the exception of Adobe Acrobat Reader - a copy is present on the disc).
No installation required also means that you can take the Documentation CD with you to view it on any computer, just insert it into the CD-ROM, select your language and you are ready to start browsing hundreds pages of knowledge.
